Printer Setup and Usage Guidelines

Ensure the Printer and Device are on the Same Wi-Fi Network

• Confirm that both the printer and the device (tablet) running the app are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This connection is essential for the devices to communicate properly.
• Check the Wi-Fi settings on both the printer and the device to ensure they are connected to the same router.

Configure Printer IP in App Settings

• Locate the printer’s IP address, which can be found in the printer’s network settings or on its display.
• Open the app and navigate to the settings section for configuring the printer.
• Enter the printer’s IP address and save the settings.
  • Tip: Be sure to enter the IP address accurately, as even a single incorrect digit can prevent the app from communicating with the printer.

Check Printer Paper or Label Roll

• Before printing, verify that the printer has enough paper or label roll available.
• If the roll is empty or running low:
  • Open the printer and insert a new roll.
  • Ensure that the paper or label is properly aligned and inserted to avoid jams.
